These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Wealth Creators ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, submitting a form, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
2. Our Services
We offer credit consultation and repair assistance, business funding consultation, authorized-user tradeline placement, a paid community and educational materials, and mentorship programs. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for each program are described at the point of enrollment.
3. Payments & Billing
Prices are listed on the relevant program pages. Payments are processed by third-party checkout providers, and by purchasing you also agree to those providers' terms. Recurring programs (such as monthly plans) continue to bill until cancelled in accordance with the program's terms.
4. Credit Repair Disclosure & Your Right to Cancel
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state law, you have rights regarding credit repair services:
• You may cancel your contract for credit repair services, without penalty, within three (3) business days of signing it.
• We do not require payment for credit repair services before those services are fully performed, where required by law.
• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
• No company can lawfully remove accurate, timely, and verifiable information from your credit report.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Credit, funding, and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific credit score increase, deletion of any specific item, approval for funding, or income result. Any examples, testimonials, or figures are illustrative and are not promises of your results.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Respond promptly to requests needed to perform the Services.
- Use the Services lawfully and not for any fraudulent purpose.
- Keep your account and any provided materials confidential.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, playbooks, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Wealth Creators or its licensors and are provided for your individual use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services link to or rely on third-party platforms (checkout, scheduling, community, and automation tools). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
